Mechanical device CR 210 06 consists of:
fastening grip, which serves to attach it to the anchor point;
a rolling-braking mechanism with a shock-absorbing element in a steel casing .;
galvanized steel cable with a diameter of 4 mm and a carabiner. In addition, a break indicator is installed on the carabiner.
The length of the cable is automatically adjusted depending on the position of the worker. The brake mechanism is instantly activated when the speed of pulling the cable changes. The braking distance does not exceed 0.5 m.
The use of this device allows you to move freely and safely throughout the work site.
It is used for both vertical and horizontal belay (in this case, it is additionally equipped with an AZ 800 steel sling with a diameter of 8 mm with a fall safety shock absorber).
The permissible period of using the device is not limited, provided that periodic (once a year) technical inspections are carried out in a timely manner.
Available cable length:
6 m (5.3 kg);
10 m (5.5 kg);
12 m (6.2 kg);
15 m (6.5 kg).
