    DELIVERY IN UKRAINE SERVICE DELIVERY
    We deliver to the "Nova Poshta" branch and other courier services.
    Payment for delivery of goods at the rates of the delivery service.

    DELIVERY OF GOODS "TO THE DOOR" BY DELIVERY SERVICE IN UKRAINE
    The cost of delivery is approximately 30-50 gr., depending on the delivery service and the volume of the order. The product is delivered to the address you specified. You pay the delivery cost to the courier when you receive the goods.

    DELIVERY TO KYIV
    Delivery by courier to the address is carried out the next day after the order. The cost of delivery is UAH 50. for oversized cargo (up to 10 kg). For cargo weighing more than 10 kg, the cost of delivery is determined individually.

    EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

    Return or exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII of May 12, 1991.

    In the event that a defect or other problem is detected during the inspection of the parcel, just tell us about it, and we will tell you how we can help.

    You can return or exchange the product within 14 days after the delivery of the order.

    Requirements for returning goods

    • a warranty card and a document confirming payment have been saved;
    • the appearance and packaging of the products were not damaged, all tags and labels are in place;
    • the product has not been used: there are no signs of use, scratches, chips, wear, etc.;
    • the product is packaged in the same way as when received;
    • the product does not fall into the list of goods of proper quality, the return of which is limited by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Resolution of March 19, 1994 No. 172).

    In order for managers to quickly guide you on how to return your money or exchange for another product, briefly describe the situation, attach a photo or video of the product that you purchased from us and would like to return, by sending an email to info@uasafety.com.ua

    Each return case is individual and considered separately, for a return request, contact us from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on working days: 0 800 300 505 (calls are free).

    🔔 What you need to do in order to return the product by "Nova Poshta":

    1. Contact us in any convenient way for you (phone call, viber, email, etc.), the manager will help you process the return.
    2. Send the purchased product in its commercial form, that is, not broken, without scratches, with intact packaging. Goods that have been used and/or have not retained their consumer qualities are not subject to return (except for warranty cases).

    We will be able to refund money or exchange goods within 1-2 working days and no later than 7 working days from the moment of contacting us.

    Please note that all parcels sent by transport companies are insured.

    When receiving the parcel, it is necessary to check the integrity of its packaging and the absence of mechanical damage at the time of receipt. If there are such, then draw up an act of damage and receipt of the insurance amount by the carrier's company.

    List of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange (return) according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172

    In case of return of the goods of proper quality, the transport costs are paid by the client.
