    Closed-type safety glasses
The main task of protective glasses is to protect the eyes and preserve the vision of the personnel at work. Work in many industries, such as oil and gas, chemical, metalworking, pharmaceutical, is associated with increased danger to the eyes. To injure this vulnerable organ, sometimes too bright light is enough, not to mention metal shavings, sawdust, splashes of acids or small fragments flying into the face.

In order to protect the eyes as reliably as possible from burns and injuries, closed-type safety glasses are used. Sealers on the edges of the case ensure tightness, due to which the glasses fit tightly to the skin and cover the eyes from all sides, not only from the front. The durable material of the screen guarantees complete safety during operation. But, of course, it is necessary to take into account the specifics of activity in each industry in order to choose the right means of eye protection.
Closed safety glasses are necessary for the following types of threats to the eyes:
From getting into the eyes of chemical substances (aerosols, gases, splashes of acids, solvents and other harmful liquids).

Mechanical hazards – dust, ash, sawdust, sand, hard and red-hot particles.

Radiation - ultraviolet, blinding light, infrared rays.

    From high temperatures.
Safety glasses differ in the type of ventilation
Ventilation is necessary to remove excess moisture so that the screen does not fog up. A special anti-fog coating is applied to the screen material (or drops that prevent the screen from fogging are sold as part of the product), but the type of ventilation plays an important role:

In the case of safety glasses with direct ventilation, there are small holes through which air flows. Air circulation is important not only to ensure that the screen remains transparent, but also to remove excess heat so that the eye area does not overheat. Such means of eye protection can be used for mechanical processing, they perfectly protect against chips and other small particles, but will not protect against fine dust, gas or splashes of aggressive liquids.

Closed-type safety glasses with indirect ventilation have special devices that allow only air to pass through, but provide protection against harmful liquids, smoke, gases, and dust.

The viewing angle depends on the design of the model. If you need a wide degree of visibility, you should choose models with panoramic glass. If protection from bright rays is necessary (for example, during an argument), models with opaque lenses and various light filters are suitable.
    Advantages of closed protective glasses
Due to the light weight, the safety glasses do not interfere with work, they can be worn for several hours without any discomfort.

Safety glasses of the closed type with indirect ventilation are hermetic, they fit tightly to the skin, preventing even the smallest particles from getting into the eyes.

The stylish design makes safety glasses not only a means of safety, but also a stylish accessory.

Light filters provide excellent light absorption.

Eye protection is made of very strong and transparent polymers, they are wear-resistant, provide excellent visibility and are protected from scratches.
How to buy closed-type safety glasses in Ukraine
The price of closed-type glasses depends on the brand, the material from which the screen is made, on the coating, design and construction. Thanks to the variety of models and high-quality fit, you can choose glasses that are suitable for any type of face. Design is of great importance, as very often workers refuse or "forget" to wear protective equipment because they are uncomfortable.
