EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Return or exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII of May 12, 1991.

Requirements for returning goods

a warranty card and a document confirming payment have been saved;
the appearance and packaging of the products were not damaged, all tags and labels are in place;
the product has not been used: there are no signs of use, scratches, chips, wear, etc.;
the product is packaged in the same way as when received;
the product does not fall into the list of goods of proper quality, the return of which is limited by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Resolution of March 19, 1994 No. 172).

Contact us in any convenient way for you (phone call, viber, email, etc.), the manager will help you process the return.
Send the purchased product in its commercial form, that is, not broken, without scratches, with intact packaging. Goods that have been used and/or have not retained their consumer qualities are not subject to return (except for warranty cases).

We will be able to refund money or exchange goods within 1-2 working days and no later than 7 working days from the moment of contacting us.

Please note that all parcels sent by transport companies are insured.

When receiving the parcel, it is necessary to check the integrity of its packaging and the absence of mechanical damage at the time of receipt. If there are such, then draw up an act of damage and receipt of the insurance amount by the carrier's company.

Description

The suit consists of a jacket and trousers.
A shortened jacket of a straight silhouette, single-breasted with a matching fastener on loops and buttons; a fitted belt with an elastic band on the sides,
with cut-off yokes on the front and back, patch chest and lower half-volume pockets with flaps with button fastening.
Left breast pocket with compartment for a pen (pencil).
Sleeves are tucked in with cuffs and reinforcing pads in the elbow area.
Cuffs with a loop and button fastening.
The collar is of a classic shape.
The chest pockets are decorated with a light green SVP ribbon, the flaps of the chest and lower pockets are raised with a flap made of a finishing fabric of a contrasting color.
Pants of a straight cut on a waist belt with a "zipper" fastener in the middle of the seam of the front halves of the pants, five buckles, a left side pocket with a flap with a button fastener and an additional upper volume compartment with a whip on a textile fastener - "velcro".
Belt with elastic tape in the side parts.
The front halves have two large semi-volume patch pockets, the right back has one patch pocket.
For additional protection against abrasion, knee pads are provided on the front halves of the pants.
Flaps of breast pockets, lower pockets with jacket flaps; knee pads, the lower side pocket with the flap of the semi-overall are made of the main companion fabric of black color.
Shelves, backs, side inserts of the lower pockets of the jacket and trousers, the edge of the pocket flaps are made of finishing fabric of a contrasting color.
To ensure the safety of work at any time of the day, there are light-reflecting strips of SVP (2.5 cm wide) on the bottom of the front and back yokes.
In order to ensure additional work safety, the shelves, backs are made of finishing fabric of a contrasting color, the decor is provided - on the breast pockets - a green SVP ribbon (width 2.5 cm), on the knees of the pants - a green SVP ribbon (width 3.5 see).
