the product does not fall into the list of goods of proper quality, the return of which is limited by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Resolution of March 19, 1994 No. 172).

Send the purchased product in its commercial form, that is, not broken, without scratches, with intact packaging. Goods that have been used and/or have not retained their consumer qualities are not subject to return (except for warranty cases).

Please note that all parcels sent by transport companies are insured.
