Pickup

Order pickup is possible from the warehouse at the address: Ukraine, Kyiv, 8, Rodiny Bunge St..
Issuance schedule: Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00.

Delivery across Ukraine

Delivery in Ukraine is carried out through carriers: Nova Poshta, Delivery, SAT.
By agreement, shipment by other delivery services is possible.

The shipment is made to the carrier's branch/terminal or to the address ("to the door") according to the selected delivery method.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is determined at the rates of the selected carrier company and depends on the shipment parameters (weight, dimensions), as well as the destination city.
Delivery is paid in accordance with the carrier's terms and conditions.

Payment

The company is working on terms of 100% prepayment.
After confirming the order to the Buyer an invoice is issued for payment.
Shipment/delivery of goods is carried out after funds are credited to the Seller's bank account.
