EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Return or exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII of May 12, 1991.

You can return or exchange the product within 14 days after the delivery of the order.

Requirements for returning goods

a warranty card and a document confirming payment have been saved;
the appearance and packaging of the products were not damaged, all tags and labels are in place;
the product has not been used: there are no signs of use, scratches, chips, wear, etc.;
the product is packaged in the same way as when received;
the product does not fall into the list of goods of proper quality, the return of which is limited by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Resolution of March 19, 1994 No. 172).

Contact us in any convenient way for you (phone call, viber, email, etc.), the manager will help you process the return.
Send the purchased product in its commercial form, that is, not broken, without scratches, with intact packaging. Goods that have been used and/or have not retained their consumer qualities are not subject to return (except for warranty cases).

We will be able to refund money or exchange goods within 1-2 working days and no later than 7 working days from the moment of contacting us.

Please note that all parcels sent by transport companies are insured.

When receiving the parcel, it is necessary to check the integrity of its packaging and the absence of mechanical damage at the time of receipt. If there are such, then draw up an act of damage and receipt of the insurance amount by the carrier's company.

The suit consists of a jacket and jumpsuit.
The jacket is cropped, straight silhouette, single-breasted with a matching button and loop fastener; sewn-in waistband with elastic band on the sides, detachable yokes on the front and back, patch semi-volume chest and lower pockets with flaps. Chest flaps with textile fastener - "Velcro", lower flaps with button fastener
Chest pockets are decorated with a light green SVP ribbon. Chest and lower pocket flaps with a decorative edge.
The sleeves are sewn-in with cuffs and reinforced elbow pads.
Cuffs with a button and loop fastener. Classic turn-down collar.
Straight-cut jumpsuit with a sewn-in bib and side button and loop fasteners; with a zipper in the middle seam of the front halves of the pants.
On the chest there is a patch pocket with two compartments (for pens, pencils, rulers) and a flap with a button closure.
Front halves of the jacket with two semi-volume patch pockets, left side pocket with flap with button closure and additional upper volume compartment with flap with textile Velcro fastener. Reinforcing pads in the knee area. Rear right half with patch pocket.
To ensure a better fit on the human figure (adjustment of the length and width of the product) - a back along the waist line and straps with elastic tape and fastex.
The collar, sleeve cuffs, chest pocket flaps, lower pockets with jacket flaps; chest pocket flaps, knee pads, lower side pocket with flap of the overalls are made of the main companion fabric in black.
The yokes of the shelves, the back, the side inserts of the chest and lower pockets of the jacket and the PC, and the edges of the pocket flaps are made of contrasting color finishing fabric.
To ensure safety at any time of the day, there are reflective stripes of SVP (2.5 cm wide) along the bottom of the front and back yokes, and a light green SVP ribbon (2.5 cm wide) along the bottom of the PC.
To ensure additional safety of the work-coquette shelves, the backs are made of finishing fabric of a contrasting color, and the breast pockets are decorated with a light green SVP ribbon (width 3.5 m).
